I cannot connect to the FTP server, but the access information is correct. What is the problem?
If you cannot connect to the FTP server even though your authorization data is all right, it usually possible to solve the problem by passive FTP communication with the server.
Check the connection settings in your FTP client and try setting up a passive (PASV) connection.
