Using X-Spam-Flag for spam filtering (Outlook).
Go to Tools->Rules and Alerts...
Click "New...".
Choose "Check messages when they arrive".
Click "Next".
Check "With specific words in the message header".
Click on "specific words".
Type in: X-Spam-Flag: Yes.
Click "OK".
Click "Next".
Check "Move it to the specified folder".
Click on "specified".
Highlight an existing folder, or create a new one.
Click "OK".
Click "Next".
Click "Next".
Give the rule a name.
Click "Finish".
