What does "database out access" mean?
"Remote database access" denotes the fact that you can access data in your database from out of the PIPNI server base, which includes using a "classical" client application from your home. In contrast, should remote db access be disabled, you are only allowed to access you db using web administration and from your pages (from PHP, JSP, ... code) stored on our servers.
